Our first formal Constitution was drafted and ratified in 2004. A complete revision and total rewrite of this was required as a condition of Charity Registration. This latest Constitution was ratified at the AGM of 6th October 2016. Further edits were made this year and approved at our AGM on 10th October 2024.
